#3 Dani Olmo (Spain)

Another Spanish player whom the Catalans could go for in the near future is RB Leipzig’s Dani Olmo. The 23-year-old attacking midfielder has been fundamental for Spain’s successful Euros campaign. The Spanish side managed to reach the Semi-finals of the tournament, and they had one of their best international runs since 2012’s Euro win. Dani Olmo was chosen by Luis Enrique to be the man in the center of the attack and make the crucial passes that would ultimately lead to a goal. The Leipzig man had 12 assists and seven goals in all competitions with his club and thus it is easy to see why the Spanish coach picked him.

He managed to emulate that form in Euros, getting three assists from only five matches. He was one of the best performers for the side and one player that clubs will be looking into due to his international performances. Barcelona have already been linked with the player, however, there are threats from other clubs as well. Real Madrid, Arsenal, and Tottenham Hotspur are all looking into the player while Leipzig will be keen to keep a hold of this young star as well. He can certainly be a great addition to Barca’s midfield however, Laporta might have to fight off the other big clubs as well, which the Catalans cannot afford to do at the moment.
