#3 Loaning some of the youngsters

Last season, Ronald Koeman took over Barcelona and showed the club that he was going to take the club in a new direction. The former Barca legend was focused on revitalizing the team and getting rid of the aged players. He brought in young players and was focused on youth development, and under his supervision, the world got to see the magic of Pedri.

However, although Pedri, Sergino Dest, Ronald Araujo, and Oscar Mingueza, did enjoy a good breakthrough season, there were a lot of players who were not so fortunate. Talented individuals such as Ilaix Moriba, Riqui Puig, and Alex Collado, are getting desperate for minutes.

Barcelona needs to incorporate them into the first team or else, they should loan them out to top-tier teams in Europe. These are players who can have great futures with the club; however, it cannot be achieved if the players themselves are not playing regularly.
