#5 Everton

One of the clubs that are looking to bring in big names is Everton. The blue side from Merseyside have fallen behind their derby rivals by a mile, and now they are looking to close down the gap. They have appointed one of the best managers in the world, Rafa Benitez, and now they will be looking to bring in some new masterclass players. They already brought in James Rodriguez from Real Madrid last season, and with Philippe Coutinho in the squad as well, they should easily secure a Europa League spot at least.

Mundo Deportivo reporter, Francesc Aguilar, reported that Everton were one of the many Premier League sides trying to recruit the Champions League winner. Everton have a history of buying Barcelona players as well, so the two teams have a good connection. A deal could very much be on the table and with Rodriguez, Coutinho, Richarlison, and Dominic Calvert-Lewin, the Toffees will be a very different team next season.
