Another Premier League club that are closely monitoring Coutinho’s recovery progress is Arsenal. The North London side, who are notoriously stringent with their money have come around a bit since Mikel Arteta took over, and it looks like the owner will once again back Arteta with a decent transfer budget.

According to reports from SPORT, the Catalans are willing to let go of the player for only 35 million euros, and that is a price that Arsenal will be more than willing to pay. Le10 Sport has also reported that Arteta has been scouting the former Liverpool man for a while now, and he is very much interested in bringing him to the London side.

He would be a good fit for the Gunners, who are desperately looking for some creativity in the midfield, and with Thomas Partey controlling the defensive side of the midfield, Arsenal could once again try to compete with the big six for a top-four position.
