The 26-year-old has been a part of Diego Simeone’s massive squad over the years. The player is equipped with a winning mentality no matter what. At Barcelona, most of the players are way too young in order to have experience or they’re way too old. The Blaugrana have lacked a winning mentality over the last few years. They’ve ended up making major exits from the UEFA Champions League and other knockout stages and in the last season, they finished third in the league behind Atletico and Real Madrid. The year before that, the league was won by their rivals Real Madrid.
