#1 Raheem Sterling

The last player on the list and certainly the most exciting one is Manchester City‘s Raheem Sterling. The British player has just one and half years left on his contract and he is not one of the most consistent players for Pep Guardiola. The Spanish manager is often seen disappointed with the player and he is often left out of the team. However, then there will be phases when he is playing out of this world and is a regular starter for Guardiola. This might be getting too much for the team and Pep might move him on in order to bring in someone more consistent.

The player himself is one of the best in the world and his dribbling skills are second to none. He can get past even the best defenders with ease and has the pace to leave most right-backs or left-backs scrambling behind him. On his day he is the best player in the world however, sometimes he just does not perform and this could be negative for the Catalans. He is currently 27 years old and has the ability to play at the top level for at least five more years. Brining in Sterling would be tough however if Barca does manage to sign him, his pace and skills will surely be more beneficial than that of Dembele.
