#2 Alex Telles

Another brilliant player who has a lot in his locker but is just being used as a substitute player by his current club is Alex Telles. The former Porto superstar made his big-money move to Manchester United in 2020 and he was supposed to bring big competition for Luke Shaw. However, what no one expected was that Shaw would come back from his horrendous injury renewed with energy. Shaw has been one of the best players for United for the past couple of seasons and he even showed his amazing form in Euros this year.

This means that Telles is often left on the bench as the team just does not need him right now. He did have a few starts this season in the league however, that is only because Shaw was injured or because Shaw had a suspension. Telles is the second fiddle at the moment and he does not want to waste his prime years sitting on a bench. He is already 29 years old and moving to Barca would mean that he could end his career on a high note. Barca is very serious about bringing this player in and he could have a direct impact on the team.
