Barcelona managed to sign Ferran Torres, Adama Traore and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the winter transfer window, however, it was not a complete victory for the club since they were unable to move on Ousmane Dembele who will now most probably move on through a free transfer and cause the club a lot of loss. Still, what is done is done and Barca cannot dwell on the past or on the negative aspects anymore since they have a massive rebuilding project on their hands. The club brought in three new attackers for Xavi Hernandez and all of them from the Premier League.

Torres is a proper versatile forward who can play in all of the three attacking positions. Traore is a speedy winger who was once a player in La Masia and Aubameyang is a quick goal poacher who won the PL Golden Boot a couple of seasons ago. These are all viable forwards however, Xavi will need them to adapt to his style and the La Liga quickly if they want to end the season on a high note. The players will need to fill in big boots, especially Traore who has been given the prestigious number 11 shirt.

This shirt was previously worn by the likes of Neymar Jr, Rivaldo and Thiago Alcantara. Traore will be given first-team football since Dembele will no longer be played by Xavi. The player does not have a very good track record for scoring goals however, if he is able to make goals for Aubameyang and Memphis Depay, that can also be good. His amazing speed and physicality can also be exploited by the manager however, we must wait a bit till we can see all of the new signings in action. Traore has a second chance to fulfill his Barca dreams and this time he must do a bit more to cement himself into the team.
