Good morning. We’re back with another live blog, on what promises to be a fascinating transfer deadline day for FC Barcelona. Ansu Fati is expected to complete his loan move to Brighton and Clement Lenglet is expected to end up at Aston Villa, but will Abde also be on his way out? Can Barcelona confirm the signings of Joao Cancelo and Joao Felix before the clock runs out?

Barcelona Transfer Deadline Day – Live Blog

HERE WE GO. Both Felix and Cancelo will join Barcelona on simple loan deals today.

Barcelona defender Eric García joins Girona on loan without an option to buy. Girona will pay a part of Garcia’s salary.

Felix will sign with Barcelona on loan and the Catalan club will not have n option to purchase.

Grenada wants to sign Marc Casado on loan with an option to purchase

Cancelo and Joao Felix are now both in Barcelona and it’s only a matter of time. Abde is not training with Barcelona as he looks to complete his move to Real Betis but Eric Garcia is training as his move to Girona is uncertain.

Barcelona defender Eric Garcia is getting closer to joining Girona. The player wanted the move to gain extra first-team minutes.

Abde is expected to complete a permanent transfer to Real Betis today with the club paying €10-€12 million and Barca holding 50% of any future transfer. However, Real Betis don’t currently have the FFP margin to make the deal.

– Joao Felix is set to arrive in Barcelona at 5 pm CET in order to complete his move from Athletico Madrid on loan.

La Liga sources have confirmed to Gerard Romero that Barcelona have been given the green light to sign both Cancelo and Felix today.

Manchester City has given the green light for Cancelo to move to Barcelona on loan. The deal is expected to be completed tonight.

Cancelo is due to arrive in Barcelona tonight at 6 pm CST, although there are complications, the deal is moving in the right direction.

Ansu Fati has joined Brighton on a season-long loan deal. A great move for Brighton and for Fati, who will be the main man for the Seagulls.

Abde is just one step away from joining Real Betis, it’s getting very close.

Real Betis have offered €10M + Guido Rodríguez to Barça for Abde. It’s unclear how much interest Barca has in Guido.

Bayern Munich are interested in bringing Joao Cancelo back on loan now that Benjamin Pavard has moved to Inter.

The €40 million offer from Saudi Arabia will not be considered as it offers no immediate financial release for Barcelona.

Aston Villa will pay 75% of Clement Lenglet’s salary

Ex-Villarreal B striker Iker Goujon has arrived at the CE Joan Gamper to finalize his transfer to Barça Atlètic.
