The €65-€70 million range is a steal for the player, considering his value at the moment. Still, Barcelona isn’t financially healthy to even afford that in present times. But Barça have time as the contract runs till 2028. This will make the Brazilian a prime target for the Blaugrana next summer.

Even though the Catalan club is getting a steal, they need to make space for new players by selling some big names. This is because of the FFP sanctions on the club.
