FC Barcelona's Captain believes his time at the club has helped him a lot

FC Barcelona's 2024/25 season has proven to be much better than anyone would have predicted. Sitting at the top of the La Liga table, having 24 points from the nine matchdays, and up to their first points in the UCL campaign, the club's performances have been spectacular so far. While this has been much of a combined effort, with all the players putting in significant efforts, credit needs to be given to Club Captain Raphinha, who has been their best player this season.

FC Barcelona's Captain believes his time at the club has helped him a lot

Being sensational by numbers, having 12 goal contributions in just 11 appearances this season, and leading the attack force from the front, the Brazilian star has been pivotal in the club's success so far. Moreover, apart from his forward presence, leading the unit in Captain Ter Stegen's absence, advising young players, and helping them in the best way possible, Raphinha has been one of the most respected figures in the club's dressing room.

Always being respectful of the armband, the ace recently once again acknowledged his role as the club captain, mentioning,

While Raphinha, since his arrival, has been one of the most consistent performers, this season the star player has been unstoppable, having given his game more versatility. In the last few seasons, he had been confining himself on the right wing positions, but his best version came when Flick started utilizing him on the left flank and in the number 10 role as well. Reflecting upon the same, Raphinha mentioned how important it was for his growth as a player. saying,

From being criticized for being overly passionate about playing minutes to now becoming the leader of the unit, much has happened in Raphinha's Barca tenure. However, taking the lessons from his rough phase and admiring his current status, the player feels he has learned a lot here. Raphinha remarked,
