Recently, Barca insider Toni Juanmarti brought an important observation regarding Nico's potential move into the media spotlight. He pointed out that there must be some hidden and silent plan at Barça regarding Nico Williams, due to which they are still hoping for his move. He further mentioned that considering Barca's latest signing of Dani Olmo, who possesses the versatility to feature on the left wing, the club should have forgotten about Nico.

As reports had emerged, Barca planned to sign more than one big player, and thus, as Barca's increasing interest in a left winger has resurged, chances are that Flick might approve one such signing. Currently, the Nico Williams saga isn't over, as the Catalan club still hopes to bring him into the left-wing role.

Some reports suggest that Barça is optimistic and wants to try to sign Nico Williams. Moreover, the club is still paying attention to other players in recent days, like Coman and Federico Chiesa, for the left flank.
