Though not technically a La Masia product, he is someone who embodies the spirit and style of the famed academy. He is a non- negotiable starter and undoubtedly one of the best midfielders in the world.
Gavi and Eric Garcia complete this top-five list. Gavi contributes a ton of aggression when playing and commands respect from everyone.
