The ‘wonderkid’ was signed from Palmeiras in 2009 for a fee of €14 million. He scored 7 goals in 56 appearances on loan, which he was not, after all, a wonderkid. He could not even impress at Coritiba, which, at that time was a second-tier Brazilian club.
