4. Roger Schmidt
The German coach was sacked by Bayer Leverkusen in March after Leverkusen failed to live up to expectations. But that undermines neither his talent, nor his potential as a manager. He is inexperienced but has done well.

Schimdt has had a direct influence of development of players such as Tin Jedvaj, Jonathan Tah, Bernd Leno and Hakan Çalhanoğlu. He gave them chances in the first-team and used them properly.
But after a string of promising signings, he failed to motivate the Leverkusen side and the club sacked him following a 6-2 drubbing by Dortmund.
While Bayer Leverkusen is not one of the best clubs in the world, it gives Dortmund and Bayern stiff competition in the Bundesliga. Roger Schimdt has always been intent on bringing through players from the youth academy. For example, Julian Brandt, Karim Bellarabi and Bernd Leno came through during his reign and are now established members of the Bayer Leverkusen squad.
He would be a gamble because of his inexperience. He has also never managed big names in his squad and dealing with the likes of Neymar, Messi and Suarez would be a problem for him.
