The former Italy national team coach has not been out of management for long. He resigned in December, 2016 after a short spell in charge of Valencia. Prandelli is easily the prolific manager in this list, having won several awards for individual brilliance in management.

He won three successive Manager of the Year awards in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He has also won the Premio internazionale Giacinto Facchetti and the Enzo Bearzot Award.

Prandelli is lauded for his successful spell in charge of the Italy national team. He led the side to the runners-up spot in Euro 2012 and the third-place spot in the 2013 Confederations Cup. Other than that, he has had a lot of success on the Serie A.

Prandelli’s only spell in charge of a La Liga club was disastrous. But he is a very experienced and reliable option. He is a supporter of young talents and was single-handedly responsible for Mario Balotelli’s emergence as a first-team player.
