Despite of all the criticism he received, Josep Lluís Núñez led the club to unparalleled heights and Barcelona is still reaping the benefits of his work. During his 22-year spell in charge of the club administration, Barcelona won 27 titles.

Núñez oversaw the ‘Golden Era’ of the club. He hired great coaches like Johan Cruyff, Terry Venables and Louis van Gaal. These coaches brought in players that will be remembered forever.
