2. Marco Branca

The ex-forward acted as sporting director of Inter Milan during its golden period, before he left the club in 2012. He is responsible for promotion of youth players, and big-money signings alike. He played a huge role in bringing managers like José Mourinho and Marcello Lippi to the club.

The Italian also signed players like Ronaldo, Lúcio, Wesley Sneijder and Júlio César. He also found young talents like Mario Balotelli and Jonathan Biabiany. He is responsible for much of Inter’s success during his 12-year tenure.

But he has been out of work for a long time. But a club like Barcelona can coax him back into mainstream football. He will be a brilliant replacement for Robert Fernández.
