Juventus are optimistic that they can convince Barcelona starlet to join.

Due to this, the Serie A side had shifted their focus onto Ousmane Dembele, but even the Frenchman showed no intention of leaving this summer. Barca had attempted to convince the Italian giants by offering players like Jean-Clair Todibo, Nelson Semedo, and many more but Juve considers Pjanic as a high profile player and wants their exchange player to be of a similar caliber.
Tuttosport reports that Juventus still desire Barca’s future star and are optimistic that they can convince him to join Allianz Stadium this summer. Miralem Pjanic’s move to Camp Nou along with Mattia de Sciglio was almost finalized until Arthur rejected to move in the opposite direction.
The report claims that despite Arthur being difficult to convince, it is not an impossible task and he may soon be willing to move to Italy. Juve director, Fabio Paratici and Barca CEO, Oscar Grau, have been in negotiation since March for the Pjanic deal. Both sides had agreed on the Arthur-Pjanic swap but understandably the player’s negative response to the deal had hindered all attempts.
Tuttosport claims that the well-informed members of the ongoing negotiations have the belief that the 23-year-old Brazilian will soon accept the move to join Cristiano Ronaldo at Juve. Despite this, the Italian side have also inquired about 5 Barca youngsters who have been tipped to have a bright future ahead of them.
