Napoli coach worried about the clash against Barcelona.

Napoli boss, Gennaro Gattuso, claims that the current form of his squad will barely cause any harm to a struggling Barcelona side during their second-leg clash in the Champions League.

While Barca coach, Quique Setien, struggles to make his side consistent, Napoli are facing their own struggles ahead of the much-awaited fixture between the two sides.

Gattuso’s side recently broke their five-match unbeaten streak, going two draws along with three victories, since their 2-0 loss against Atalanta on the 2nd of this month.

This Wednesday’s 2-1 defeat against Parma witnessed a match where all 3 goals involved were penalties. The loss, of course, meant that Gli Azzurri (The Blues) rest on the seventh spot in the Serie A table, at the risk of losing a place in next season’s Champions League campaign.

Gattuso was left furious after the Parma clash stating,

"“If we continue like this, with this attitude and performance, the only thing I can assure you is we won’t even tickle Barça in the Champions League.” He said.Source Sport"

Unlike La Liga, the Italian league is yet to conclude and with three matches remaining, Gattuso wants to maintain focus on the League as with 56 points, they could potentially gain a league spot over AC Milan or A. S. Roma.

Meanwhile, Setien’s men are off on a vacation taking a much-needed break to clear their minds ahead of a tough Champions League campaign with Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City, Juventus and Lyon being named as the possible oppositions ahead of the finals.
