19-year-old Eric Garcia has been all over the news for the last couple of months due to Barcelona’s interest in him. The Spanish center-back was originally from Barcelona before he chose to move to the Manchester side for some more game time. This desire, however, was not fulfilled and he desired to go back to the Spanish side. The player is in the last year of his contract and Ronald Koeman thought that he could get him for cheap but City did not want to sell him for less than 20 million euros. This might have been a mistake on Pep Guardiola’s end as they will now lose him for free in June. Pep thought that he could persuade the young talent however, he is homesick and wants to return to sunny Spain.
