How can Barcelona convince Lionel Messi to stay?

Lionel Messi might be leaving at the end of the season and that thought is making the fans and the club extremely anxious. While the player himself says that he is undecided, there is a very good chance of him leaving. Messi is a born winner and he wants to fight for trophies, Barcelona currently cannot manage that, and year after year of European disappointments has driven the man to this point.
