How can Barcelona convince Lionel Messi to stay?

Lionel Messi might be leaving at the end of the season and that thought is making the fans and the club extremely anxious. While the player himself says that he is undecided, there is a very good chance of him leaving. Messi is a born winner and he wants to fight for trophies, Barcelona currently cannot manage that, and year after year of European disappointments has driven the man to this point.

Ronald Koeman understands how important the player is to the club and it is evident by the games that they play without him. The new president’s goal should be to convince the captain to stay on at the Nou Camp, because if they lose him for free, it will be the greatest loss in the club’s history.
