The player has been out for so long so it would have been completely understandable if he had an off game. However, he was determined, passionate, and played with real intent. His glancing header saw the Catalans go into extra time, however, the game would have been over had Dembele taken one of his many chances or had Pedri’s driven shot just been a bit more on target.
