Barcelona’s youngsters are inevitable

Barcelona was looking good at the beginning of the second half and the addition of Pedri into the team made an instant impact. The Golden Boy of the year took matters into his own hands the moment he came on and his passes on the pitch were crucial in opening up the Madrid defense. Pedri was always looking to play the ball forward and that is the kind of attitude that the Catalans need.

Fati, a player who has been out for a very long time, made an almost instant impact as soon as he came on. The player has been out for so long so it would have been completely understandable if he had an off game. However, he was determined, passionate, and played with real intent. His glancing header saw the Catalans go into extra time, however, the game would have been over had Dembele taken one of his many chances or had Pedri’s driven shot just been a bit more on target. Either way, youngsters had an instant impact on the team and now that they are back for good, we cannot wait to see what they can achieve with a bit of consistency. Pedri is already a star in his own rights and players like Gavi, Fati and Araujo are also showing world-class abilities.
