The team will leave Spain for their US tour in just three days and there is still a lot of business to be done. Here is a quick round-up of Barcelona transfer rumours circulating the press this morning.

Raphinha linked with Al-Hilal

According to Mundo Deportivo, Al-Hilal are showing a lot of interest in Brazilian winger Raphinha after losing out on Lionel Messi who decided to head to Inter Miami in the MLS instead.

No offers have been made for the former Leeds man, but with plenty of time left in the transfer window, one is expected. Barcelona will consider any bid that’s made but Raphinha has previously spoken about his desire to stay with the La Liga champions having only joined a year ago.

Juventus make Franck Kessie a priority target

This is according to football insider Fabrizio Romano. Kessie has already turned down some overtures from Saudi Arabia and the belief is that he would like to stay at Barca or test himself in the Premier League.

Despite this, Romano reports that Juventus are going all out to try and convince the Ivorian midfielder that a move back to Italy is in his best interest.

Oriol Romeu set to join Barcelona for €4.5 million

This won’t come as a surprise to anyone, but Mundo Deportivo is reporting that the Girona midfielder will become a Barcelona player in the coming days.

The only surprise is the valuation. Girona had indicated that Romeu had an €8 million release clause, however, it’s been revealed that the figure was over-exaggerated and the clause in his contract allows him to leave for just €4.5 million instead.

Marc Jurado a player of interest to Barcelona

According to SPORT, Barcelona is negotiating with Manchester United for the transfer of former La Massia product Marc Jurado, who scored 3 times for the English teams reserve team last year.

The signing would originally be designed to help Rafa Márquez’s Barça Atlètic but with a pathway to first-team football.

The right-back left Barca in 2020 after being tempted with a ‘succulent’ offer from United.

Chelsea interested in Ousmane Dembele

Football Transfers have indicated that Chelsea is ready to offer Dembele a rise in his wages to try and tempt him to London.

Dembele has just one year left on his contract and while Barcelona are looking to extend the deal, some teams are circling to try and tempt the talented winger away.

The report does indicate that Dembele has said he’s happy in Catalonia and the deal may be out of reach, but everyone would feel better once the extension was signed.

Manchester United lead the race to sign Barcelona target Sofyan Amrabat

According to Corriere dello Sport, Manchester United are currently leading the race to sign the 26-year-old away from Fiorentina.

Barcelona have been linked with Amrabat throughout the summer after the Moroccan midfielder played a starring role in his nation’s march to the 2022 World Cup semi-final.

Sofyan Amrabat would be an ideal replacement for Sergio Busquets, but it sounds as though he may be the one who got away.

Barcelona may accept €5 million offer for Clement Lenglet

This one is from Sports Witness which states that if Barcelona want to get French defender Clement Lenglet off the books this year, they may have to accept a €5 million offer from Spurs.

Barca had originally hoped to receive an offer of around €12 million, but the market for Lenglet who spent last season on loan in North London hasn’t materialised.

If Barca hopes to register new players they’ll need to move some off the books, Lenglet has to go.
