However, recent reports hint at a serious opportunity for the 21-year-old in Barca's upcoming fixture.

As per Diario SPORT's reports, seeing the player's commitment to the Barcelona project, Barcelona boss Flick might start him against Sevilla in the club's upcoming La Liga matchday. Although the report further mentions that Fati faces competition with prodigy Pau Victor for a start, significant chances are that Flick might prefer him, being a conventional option in the role.

Clearly, for Ansu Fati, who has had rare game time since his injury return, this comes as a massive opportunity to convince Hansi Flick. Moreover, considering that even though the Spanish prodigy has been involved in limited action for quite a long time now, the wing star had shown improved signs in Barca's last fixture against Alaves, chances are that he would materialize this start against Sevilla.
