EA Sports officially got the ball rolling on the EA FC 27 season by releasing the top 27 rated players in the game. That drop included confirming what many Barcelona fans were hoping for: Lamine Yamal, Pedri and massive summer signing Rodri have all received top tier 90 OVR ratings.
However, the top 27 don’t necessarily cover all your planning for a starting Ultimate Team squad. Thanks to a new leak, we now have a complete look at the rest of Barcelona’s ratings for the new season, including their newest signings and some rather surprise downgrades.
FC Barcelona EA FC 27 new signings: Attackers are the biggest story
This season, Barcelona’s wings will be a real threat from the start of Ultimate Team. New signing Anthony Gordon will begin the game with an 82 OVR. Karim Adeyemi, another of their recent additions, will also start the game as an 82 OVR player.
Given their history of amazing pace, you can bet on both these players being incredibly expensive and popular options for the first few weeks of the game.
Teenage prospect Roony Bardghji also enters the Barcelona squad, a silver card with an 74 OVR.
FC Barcelona EA FC 27 upgrades and downgrades
The biggest winner at Barcelona in the latest EA FC 27 leaks has been Pau Cubarsi. The young centre-back has jumped all the way up to an 86 OVR, joining Frenkie de Jong and Joan Garcia who have also received the 86 rating.
Barcelona’s defence is looking a bit weaker after Ronald Araujo left for Liverpool on loan and has also taken a significant hit in his ratings, dropping to an 80 OVR. Experienced veteran keeper Wojciech Szczesny, starts with an 81 OVR.
