Paris Saint-Germain are in for the second forward reinforcement from FC Barcelona, with Fabrizio Romano confirming that PSG have accepted all personal terms with Ferran Torres and informed Barcelona of their desire to sign him.

The 26 year old attacker has fully committed to the Parisian vision and is completely behind the move to the champions of France. While contract terms are already being drafted up on the player side, all that is left is for the two clubs to agree terms.

Club-to-club negotiations is accelerating

With Ferran Torres' personal terms accepted, PSG are moving quickly and informed Barcelona that an official bid for the player is being formed.

Club-to-club negotiations will begin soon and will speed up rapidly over the course of the next few days. An outgoing transfer of this magnitude could see Barcelona with funds to keep balance their books and register new potential signings such as Rodri.

It's now fully up to the Catalan side to negotiate with PSG for an acceptable transfer fee for the forward. Much have been debated around whether it is wise for Barcelona to let Ferran go, but with him stating that he wants to move to Paris, this deal has every indication that it will go through.
