FC Barcelona has been simply spectacular this season. Currently sitting at 24 points from the nine La Liga matchdays so far, and having started their UCL points tally as well, things seem to be going in the right direction at the Blaugrana club. While it has been much of a brilliant effort from all the Catalan club players, special praise needs to be mentioned to two superstars who have been spectacular this season.

The two frontline stars, Robert Lewandowski and Captain Raphinha, have been excellent for the club this season. From ending their 2023/24 club campaign on a rather disappointing note, the duo has grown stronger than ever, being unstoppable this season. With Hansi Flick coming in as the new manager, much was expected of Lewandowski, but the way Raphinha has performed this season with him is exceptional.
In the game against Alaves, the duo was once again crucial in comforting the club's 3-0 victory. Just minutes into the kickoff, star winger Raphinha found an inch-perfect, beautiful cross to onrushing Lewandowski, who netted it to give the club a 1-0 lead. Not much later, after making a brilliant solo run, Raphinha assisted an easy opportunity to Lewandowski, who marked the club's second goal, doubling the lead.
While Polish legend Robert Lewandowski went on to win the much-deserved MOTM for his ecstatic brilliance in front of the goal, Raphinha's contribution was equally significant for their overall win. Not only did the brilliant performances of the two superstars contribute to the club's dominating win, but they also got them nominated in Marca's La Liga TOTW.
With the players adorning the Team of the Week in their conventional roles, once again, Barca had the most players nominated, but this time tied with Real Madrid. Not to forget, the Raphinha-Lewa duo had represented Barca in the League's TOTW earlier, as they were spectacular in the club's 5-1 victory against Villarreal.

Overall, with all the components of the Blaugrana club functioning to their best and this duo outscoring everyone, FC Barcelona is dominating La Liga. Barca fans would hope that the club continues similarly, as the club action continues once again after the October international break.
