The last few days have witnessed many attempts by the Blaugrana club to complete their dream signing of the transfer window, Dani Olmo. Though they haven't been able to match an offer worth agreement from Leipzig, there have been significant efforts to make an offer of €60 million as per the German club's desire.

However, given Barca's financial conditions, it is certain that this marquee signing would take a toll on the club's situation, and they need a big sale to accommodate Dani Olmo. Regarding the same, rumors have been circulating about a potential move for the Brazilian forward Vitor Roque.

Though initially it was suggested that Hansi Flick would see the youngster in the preseason before deciding upon his future, Roque's ordinary display against Manchester City and lack of much game time in the El Clasico fixture haven't helped the forward. Moreover, the sensational rise of Pau Victor in the number 9 role has created difficulties for Vitor's Barca future.

Since Roque's future looked uncertain at the Blaugrana club, various clubs have shown their interest in the Brazilian forward. Al Hilal had been interested in Roque for a long time; however, the possible transfer was turned off twice due to the player's preference to continue in European football.

Even though Vitor Roque still wants to continue at FC Barcelona, impressing Hansi Flick for a spot in the lineup, chances look slim of him being a Barcelona player next season. In such a scenario, reports indicate that Vitor Roque prioritizes a Lazio move over the other offers, given his choice to remain and succeed in a European league.

However, not to forget, Barcelona had rejected an offer worth €20 million from Lazio for Vitor Roque in exchange for 50% of the player's rights. The message from the Catalan camp is clear: they want to extract at least €40 million from the forward's deal and are ready to wait for better offers in the coming weeks.
