Finishing off an underwhelming 23/24 campaign, many questions were raised about the club's management, and now, having four consecutive wins and being on top of the La Liga table, the Blaugrana club has resurged itself. With significant contributions from youngsters like Yamal and Pedri and veterans like Lewandowski and Raphinha under Flick's management, Barca seems to have found their prime again.

However, a significant amount of appreciation is due to Hansi Flick, who, getting the hold of an unstable Barca, has turned the players into match winners. Apart from Flick's German mentality, what makes him different has been his ability to manage each player according to his needs. Early in the preseason, he had improvised the recovery of youngsters like Balde and Ansu Fati, and now the Barcelona boss seems to be replicating the same with Robert Lewandowski.

One of the major reasons that has helped Lewandowski find his unstoppable run again has been Flick's plan. As per reports from Diario SPORT, Hansi Flick's plan with Lewandowski is simple, which is to keep him fresh as much as possible. A recent example of this methodology was witnessed when Lewandowski was taken off with about 20 minutes left in the Valladolid fixture.

Not only has this helped the Polish striker get his Bayern form back, but the reunion with Hansi Flick seems to have helped him otherwise as well. Recently, in a media address, Lewandowski mentioned that he is ready to give it his all this season. In his words,
