Star Barcelona midfielder reflects upon his role in the new Flick era

Recently, Barca's star midfielder, Pedri, opened up on Flick's relationship with the Barca group. Pedri mentioned,

""Hansi Flick is very close to us. Although he looks like a robot and is very serious, he has a heart and knows how to lead the group. He is able to give a hug to anyone who needs it, and we can talk to him.""

In fact, Pedri's recent impressive displays have a lot of input from Flick's entourage. Delivering key performances, one after the other, the Catalan star midfielder is giving flashes of his very best form. Speaking about what has been his role in the new setup, Pedri said,

""Flick asked me to be close to the pivot to get the ball out and, when we have the ball, to go up top and score goals and provide assists.""
