Sevilla vs Barcelona match preview
Barcelona's flawless start to the season is showing little sign of slowing down, but could this be the toughest test they have faced so far? On Wednesday night, Hansi Flick's side crushed Racing Santander 7-2 at Camp Nou. Raphinha bagged a hat-trick and João Cancelo scored twice, while Lamine Yamal as well as Gabriel Jesus were also on the scoresheet.
This means that the Blaugrana have now won seven matches out of seven to start the season, scoring a ridiculous 33 goals, meaning they are on target every 19 minutes on average. Barça are the only team in La Liga boasting a perfect record.
With Atlético and Real meeting in the Madrid derby on Sunday, at least one, or perhaps both, will drop points at the Metropolitano. Thus, the champions can further increase their advantage at the top if they win again on Saturday night and, the way this team are playing, this seems the most likely outcome.
However, Sevilla will believe an upset is possible. Los Nervionenses kick off fifth in the table, seemingly on the up, having finished no higher than 12th across the last four seasons. Luis García Plaza's team come into this one following back-to-back wins, most-recently defeating Deportivo A Coruña on Wednesday, with Miguel Sierra the only scorer at Riazor.
Los Hispalenses have now won four out of six in La Liga thus far, their sole defeat coming against Atlético Madrid last month. Sevilla's back-to-back clean sheets will be severely put to the test on Saturday night, so can los Rojiblancos prevent Barça from banging in the goals once again?

Rubén Vargas and Lucas Stassin are injured, while Arouna Sangante remains suspended, following his red card at RCDE Stadium. Goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos has made 15 saves in La Liga this season so far, a tally that is likely to significantly increase here, while Scottish striker Robbie Ure is seeking his first goal for the club.

Hansi Flick went pretty strong against Racing Santander on Wednesday, so it will be interesting to see how many changes he makes here. Xavi Espart is likely to displace João Cancelo at left-back, with Pau Cubarsí returning at centre-back.
Meantime, the impressive performances of Dani Olmo and Karim Adeyemi could keep Fermín López and Anthony Gordon in reserve. The main question mark though comes in goal. Joan García is a doubt, after picking up an innocuous injury in mid-week. Interestingly, despite the arrival of Dominik Livaković, it was Wojciech Szczęsny who came off the bench to deputise.
The 36 year old did make a major error to gift Racing a goal, so given that García is not good to go, will Szczęsny keep his place, or will the Croatian debut?
