Barcelona star feels confident on La Liga title
Blaugrana is going to host Atletico Madrid on Matchday 35 of La Liga Santander. Antoine Griezmann feels confident in the team’s chances to win the title when the season concludes.
The former Atletico Madrid player had this to say-
"“We all want to win La Liga, there are four teams that are fighting and trying to win all our games. It won’t be easy, but we have the team to do it. [The title favorites] are always the ones who are top of the table. Atletico are having an incredible season and we’re doing our best to be champions. We have it in our hands. We just have to win all our games.” -Griezmann via Marca."
With the remaining fixtures for the Culers, a La Liga title does look like a possibility. Out of the remaining games, the game against Los Rojiblancos remains in the prime spotlight for now. The others look in the Barcelonistes favor.
"“I try to get in between the center-backs, get into space, make space for my teammates. It’s not my natural position, but it’s an honor to be at Barcelona, with these teammates and doing my best, sometimes with goals and other times with assists.” -Griezmann added."
The coach and the team now remain optimistic about the squad’s ability to produce the needful results when it matters. Not playing in his natural position often, Griezmann’s brace brings his tally to four goals in three games while playing up front with Messi.
