Xaviball is here and it has taken La Liga by storm. Everyone who doubted Xavi Hernandez’s signing last year has been silenced after Barcelona humiliated Real Madrid 4-0 in their own backyard. After the destruction at the Santiago Bernabeu, a lot of critics have changed their opinion on the manager however, Barca fans always knew that their legend would shine at the club and never doubted him at the beginning. This is because Xavi not only has charisma but he also learnt from one of the best in the world. He also implemented a similar style at his previous club and fans already knew what kind of football he was going to try out.

Barcelona manager holds secret meetings with potential signings

Speaking about charisma, Xavi is a very enigmatic figure and has a way to gain people’s trust. His attitude with the young team is very refreshing and it seems like everyone genuinely loves working with him. He can not only use this charisma and elegance with his team but also use it to bring in new players. When a player wants to join a new club, the way the manager talks to him and converses with him, explains his roles and the club’s vision is very important. Xavi is naturally a very likeable person and thus he has the ability to convince players into joining his team.

According to transfer specialist, Fabrizio Romano, the Barca manager has been holding some secret meetings with players who he wants to bring in during the summer transfer window. Hernandez is taking the rebuilding phase very seriously but he knows that in order to get back to the top he needs some reinforcements. Who these stars are, have not been revealed however, a few educated guesses could be Erling Haaland, Paulo Dybala and Andreas Christensen. Noussair Mazraoui could be another player but we won’t know for sure until more details are revealed.
